	UNITED NATIONS INTERNATIONAL FUND FOR AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT (IFAD) NIGERIA MONITORING AND EVALUATION SYSTEM Hennice developed a web-based performance management system to measure the performance of United Nations IFAD objectives and activities as laid out by the Country Program Office. The system tracks Agriculture Transformation agenda (AT), COSOP (CS), Programme (PG) and RIMS (RM) Performance Indicator data managed by partners located in different States of Nigeria. These partners include CBNRMP, CBARDP, RUFIN, and VCDP. Graphical dashboards were designed for easy tracking and management decison making. System also tracks financial budget, expenditure and disbursement among other functionalities. Hennice also trained users on Monitoring and Evaluation.
The-Mitchell Group Liberia MEMS Project	LIBERIA MISSION MONITORING AND EVALUATION SYSTEM Hennice developed a web-based performance management system to measure the performance of USAID/Liberia’s development objectives, programs and activities as laid out in the Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS), as well as its Operational Plan (OP) and Performance Plan and Report (PPR) documentation. The system comprised of components that will enable USAID/Liberia to fulfill its performance monitoring, evaluation, reporting, data certification and dissemination requirements as mandated in the Automated Directives System (ADS), the new USAID Evaluation Policy, and other Agency guidance.
